Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that your personal data and email address come from databases owned by Fundación porqueViven y and consist of personal data obtained from publicly accessible sources, or data that you have previously provided to us.

We inform you that this data will be processed under the responsibility of Fundación porqueViven for the purpose of sending communications about our services and will be retained as long as there is mutual interest in doing so. Likewise, we inform you that the data will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required.

Why do we process your personal data?

We process the personal data you provide us with the following purposes:

  2. To facilitate communication between the Foundation and its members, collaborators, and the families we serve.
